Ich bin geboren und aufgewachsen mit meinen beiden Brüdern im harmonischen Umfeld unserer Familie in Bad Münstereifel. Meine Wurzeln und Herkunft sind geprägt von Respekt und wertschätzendem Umgang miteinander.
Auf dieser soliden Grundlage folgte ich meiner Neugier und studierte Energie- und Nachrichtentechnik. Als Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Telekom AG, der Siemens AG und Infineon Technologies AG konnte ich tief in die Welten der Entwicklungen von erfolgreichen Geschäftskooperationen eintauchen und weltweit nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen und Netzwerke aufbauen.
Meine Erfahrungen und meinen Sinn für Märkte, Technologien, Talente und Menschen biete ich heute als Geschäftsführer der Firma maxxelUP in Zusammenarbeit meinen Partnern an.

We are experts in the development of innovative business models and have experience as founder and co-founder in various industries: information technologies, telematics, web applications, seed financing, big data analytics as well as business developments in the national and international environment.
In my seminars and as a lecturer at universities and universities, we are working on these topics, forming a solid basis for thinking in digital business models along the design thinking process.

I was born and grew up with my two brothers in the harmonious environment of our family in Bad Münstereifel. My roots and origins are characterized by respect and adding value to my family, friends and community members.
On this solid foundation I followed my curiosity and studied power- and communications technology. As employees of Deutsche Telekom AG, Siemens AG and Infineon Technologies AG, I was deeply involved in the worlds of the development of successful business cooperations and built up lasting business relationships and networks around the world.
My experiences and my sense for markets, technologies, talents and people I offer today as managing director of BM Capital Munich in cooperation with my partners.

Since 2006 I am an active member of Toastmasters International.
I am especially proud of the establishment and international launch of my social entrepreneurship project, the founding of the Munich Media Speakers at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship, the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
In the realization of this non-profit start-up, I followed the guiding principles that fascinated me in Jim Collins’s book „Good to Great“. My goal was to offer the students of the Munich startup scene a rhetorical learning laboratory for the public speaking. A platform that makes it possible to learn and surpass the rhetorical qualities of Steve Jobs.
Furthermore, it was important for me to market the Munich Media Speakers via the Facebook, Xing and Twitter social media platforms that were largely unknown in 2009, and using Skype technology to bring guest speakers from faraway Toastmaster countries on our stage in Munich.

I can proudly report today, all of these goals have been achieved and far exceeded.
